Ingredients:

• Instant whey protein isolate, natural flavors, vitamin C, sucralose, acesulfame K.

• For the neutral version: only instant whey protein isolate.

Pour 3dl of semi-skimmed milk or 1-2dl of water into a shaker and mix it with 1 measuring cup (3 tbsp) = 30g of Progress 100%WPI.

Recommended intake times:

• In the morning, before and after training or competition.

• On non-training days: 30g 2-3 times daily, spread throughout the day.
